What is Real-life Escape Room?

Real-life escape room game is a type of physical adventure game in which people are locked in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit.

What is Chronos Escape Room?

Chronos Escape Room is the largest and top rated real life escape room in Los Angeles. In here, we try to get rid of the ‘key/code locks’ and bring the escape game to another level by introducing the latest technology and mechanical stuffs. Gear, laser, special effect, automation……

Are reservations required?

Reservations are required due to high demand on our games.

Do I have to book online or can I pay cash when I get there?

Unfortunately, we have too many instances where people make reservations to pay cash at the door and are simply no call no shows, this is a complete loss of revenue for us and we can no longer allow reservations without payment in full. However, if you are walk-ins and there is room available, you may pay with cash.

Can I cancel my reservation for a refund?

We have a strict NO CANCELLATION/NO REFUND policy. All sales are final and nonrefundable regardless of whether you show up for your reservation or the reasoning for you not being able to make it.

Can I reschedule my reservation?

Rescheduled must be done at least 2 days (48 hours) before your reservation. If you contact us, or if your booking was created within this period, a $5 per person fee will be applied. If you contact us after your booking time, a $10 per person fee will be applied. Rescheduling will be restricted to current available times and limited to one time only.

What if my group is larger than the recommended players?

Each of our games have a recommended players for the best game experience. However, We have successfully accommodated groups larger than our recommended size. Please call us for more information.

Will I be playing with other participants?

You must purchase all the tickets available or check the “Private Event” option during the booking process to change it into a private session for the experience of your choosing. Extra fee may be applied for “Private Event” option depending on how many players in your group. Otherwise, you may be paired with other players. Many of our past groups have enjoyed and have been successful working in blended groups.

How early should I arrive for my game?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your game start time for the check-in process. Our lobby has plenty of tables and chairs for your group to relax, socialize, and play games, so why not come in early and get those brains ready for a challenge. Games will begin exactly at their start times and being late might cause you to have less than sixty minutes to play.

What if I arrive past my scheduled time?

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ticket time in order to fill-out paperwork and listen to our tips and safety speech. All games start on time. If you are late, the game will begin without you and no refund will be given.

Am I really going to be “locked” in a room?

Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend our games for ages 13 and up. If you have anyone below 13 who wishes to participate, please give us a call at (909) 800-8812.

Are your games wheelchair accessible?

Can I play if I am pregnant?

Can we bring Cell phones, electronic devices or any other outside tools into the games?

Cell phones, electronic devices or any other outside tools are strictly prohibited. Our staff will immediately stop the game and ask you to leave if you attempt to use one.

Can we bring food or drink into the games?

We ask that no food or drink is taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.
